CAMPAIGN DETAILS:

To capitalize on its acquisition of the rights to air the popular television series Sex & the City, a national cable network engaged JCG Associates to help announce the coup at its Upfront Party. JCG developed printed invitations which rolled up for insertion into a plastic wine bottle that were hand delivered to each advertising agency client. Once the bottles were uncorked, each invitation floated up for the recipient to read. At the event, each attendee received a black box tied with a pink ribbon bearing the imprint “Sex & the City.” An inner box held a martini glass filled with fuchsia pebble candles and a t-shirt compressed to form the series’ trademark stiletto heel – as an after party reminder of the characters’ lifestyles and the cable network airing it.
