ACCOUNT COORDINATOR POSITION FOR PROMOTIONAL MARKETING AGENCY
We have an opening for a full time account coordinator whose primary function is to work closely with our sales team in a very fast paced work environment.
WHAT WE DO:
We develop creative event marketing programs that include: Premiums and promotions for client events, Trade shows, New product launches, Employee motivation campaigns, Brand recognition, Customer retention programs and Executive gifts.
WHAT YOU"LL DO:
Product research for client presentations,
Place orders with suppliers to ensure quality of products, negotiate pricing, and maintain timely delivery of all orders,
Daily contact with clients and vendors,
Confirm delivery status of orders with clients,
Attend client and vendor sales meetings.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Exceptional oral and written communication skills,
Must be detailed oriented with the ability to prioritize and handle projects on a timely basis,
Strong computer skills (Word and Excel, PowerPoint a MUST!),
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
3-5 years experience in the Promotional Products Industry or Advertising Agency preferred.
Competitive compensation package determined by experience.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
